Lady Fiona Watcher now leads the town of Vallaki. She is a noble in town that conspired to kill the former Burgomaster Baron Vallakovich. She leads some mystrious cult that grew to be prominent in town. Through the help of her followers, some local adventures and some magic of her own, she killed the baron and his entire family. She currently rules the city and has been looking to grow the numbers of her cult rapidly.
